my sweet-toothed boy brightened up instantaneously when he saw his present.

dinner was at Marriott's Pool Grill Restaurant.
very nice romantic ambience,
a pity there was construction going on opposite blocking out sunset view.
but my perfect dining by the pool with the boy i love! :D






my dinner and the boyfriend's respectively, prearranged by him of course. (:
- classic French onion soup
- black mussels with martini rosso tomato sauce
- cream of wild mushroom soup
- grilled baby chicken
- Marriott's banana split ice cream










this will be how i look like when i grow fat. rofl.



it feels so much like a lil getaway
with nice scenery, bossa nova music playing in the background, kids playing in the pool.
i must be so absorbed in our conversations and the surrounding
that i didnt realise the waiter and waitress carrying out a birthday cake
till they started appearing and singing beside me. *beams.




we walked the streets a lil with our very full tummy
before heading back to his hall since the cake doesnt come with dry ice
for surprise celebration part deux! whooopee!
*chants imma happy girl imma happy girl...

the favorite girlies came over to surprise me!
all thanks to the boyfriend they got my schedule, reached my place before i was back, hid in the kitchen yard when the birthday cake was on the kitchen table :/
BUT I DIDNT EVEN NOTICE AT ALL. i must be blind.
no wonder mummy was acting weird. and laughing nonstop.




i asked for a photo of the both of them and they so had to pretend they are engaged in a conversation. :/
yes they are so cute,
they packed LJS to my house to eat because they had no time for dinner.
busy people.

and most importantly, thank you for these 8 years-and-still-counting friendship!
amidst those busy schedules of ours,
it's amazing how we always how countless stuffs to talk and laugh about even if it means meeting up once in a month!

lunch treat with darling evelyn at ASTON'S SPECIALTIES.
she refused to tell me which eating place but asked me 'what kind of animals do you not eat'.
HAHAHA. i knew it must be something to do with beef
but i was totally clueless since she emphasised that we'll be guinea pigs.
nice place. affordable. yummylicious food! (:

even though first impressions built upon encounters that werent exactly favorable,
